Cody Shugart brings over 20 years of aviation  maintenance and operational leadership experience, including extensive oversight of Citation Jet platforms from SII through 680, and 750 models. His background also includes Bombardier experimental programs, Global and Challenger platforms, and CS100 certification operations. 


Throughout his career, Cody has led high-performance maintenance teams, managed turbine aircraft programs, coordinated vendor relationships, supported aircraft owners through complex operational and compliance environments, managed maintenance invoicing, budgeting, heavy structural repair bids, and vendor negotiations. 


His experience provides owners and operators with structured, independent oversight focused on safety, regulatory integrity, operational efficiency, and capital protection.
